When you sit back, trust in your agent, and ride the real estate roller coaster, good things will happen.
Let me tell you a story about my clients.
I met with them a few summers ago.
Smack bang in the middle of the pandemic.
They moved into their townhouse 13 years ago. It was supposed to be a stepping stone for a few years!
13 years, three kids, and a dog later it was time to make the move.
They were falling all over each other in that house. And nothing made the situation more apparent than the pandemic.
No one had any real privacy, mum and dad didn't have a space to call their own, and there were toys....everywhere!
They needed a specific school area. Certain streets within that school area. And then a particular type of home within those certain streets.
This would have been a challenge in any market.
In THAT market, houses were being snapped up. Multiple offers.
Homes going over asking. It was crazy.
I'm sure there were private moments when they discussed giving up!
There were moments when it seemed like their dream of moving wouldn't happen.
But you know what?

Then one day ...

Now it was their turn to sell their home in this crazy market.
The shoe was finally on the other foot.
