If you price your home right, price it to sell, and in a perfect world it sells immediately. If you are like so many people out there listing their home, either a little optismitic on what your home is worth, or perhaps you need to sell your home for a certain amount in order to buy the next, you do run the risk of not finding a buyer immediately. At this point you will have two options:1. You are either going to reduce the price of your house in order to sell faster; or 2, Increase the amount of time you are on the market and wait for the market to catch up to the price that you listed at, which may be higher than current market value. At the end of the day its your choice and it comes down to these two options, TIME OR MONEY. Its that simple.
