Here are a few things to keep in mind if you're getting your home ready to sell.
? Keep your lawn in shape. Even though summer is over ... don't abandon your grass. Patch up any brown spots in the grass. Tidy up falling leaves.
? As your summer plants start to die, replace them with mums. You still need curb appeal and splash of colour.
? As the days get shorter, you may end up showing your home in the dark. Make sure your outdoor lights are clean and working.
? Keep exterior photos of your home up-to-date. If you listed in the summer, make sure your agent updates your online photos. You don't want your listing to look dated.
