Don’t skip the final walk through.
It’s your last chance to make sure that repairs were done properly.
You also want to make sure that nothing has been damaged since the last time you were in the house.
And that the items you agreed should stay, are still there and will stay there.
You don't want your new oven, washer and dryer, or that beautiful chandelier your agent cleverly negotiated into the sale to walk right out the door.
Trust me, it happens.
