JUSTIN LONCARIC

I am a husband, a father and an entrepreneur. My biggest goal in life is to leave a legacy for my children.

I was born and raised in Burlington and I now have the great pleasure of raising my three children in this awesome city.

Real estate is my other passion. My commitment to superior customer service is clear and I always go the extra mile to provide my clients with the highest level of skill and expertise. You will benefit from my exceptional knowledge of Burlington. This is the only City I have ever lived.

I operate by a Code of Ethics that emphasizes personal integrity, loyalty, and honesty. If you ever feel that I have not properly represented you, simply tell me and I will do everything in my power to rectify this.

PIERS BRAATEN

Sales Representative/Senior Team Lead

I’ve lived in Burlington for almost 20 years and know first-hand what a great place it is to raise a family. My kids went to excellent schools, had amazing parks to play in, and loved being so close to the waterfront. Moving from Toronto to Burlington was such a great decision!

Before real estate, I spent over a decade as a District Manager in the retail industry. I learned many valuable lessons about customer service, building customer loyalty, and teamwork. I’m thrilled to be a part of such a great team! I know that JL Realty Group cares deeply about providing the best service to our clients.

My goal in real estate is to guide my clients through the process and make it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, you’ll find me ferrying my son to activities and Facetiming my daughters who are away at university.

I’m also trying to stay on a regular schedule at the gym to fight off the dad-bod and trying to cram as much skiing into the winter months as possible.

JESSICA ALEXOPOULOS

Broker/Senior Team Lead

I am a full-time Real Estate Broker. With a background in finance and wealth management.

My strengths are real estate-specific knowledge and negotiating. I am a certified negotiator and have proven results. This comes from working hard during negotiations.

Academic accomplishments include an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo with a

major in Psychology and a specialization in Human Resource Management. I also obtained a Graduate in Financial Planning.

Previous to Real Estate I established a marketing company that focused on small business development.

My academic achievements and marketing experience allow me to implement a holistic and progressive approach to servicing my clients, resulting in a high referral-based real estate business.

Honesty, Integrity, and Commitment are my core values.

At home, I’m a stepmom to 3. I love to grow vegetables, hiking, yoga, and golf.

I also enjoy traveling and renovating properties with my husband.

TAMMY BURLEY

Operations Manager

I’ve been in the real estate industry for the past 25 years. My passion for real estate has meant that I have been both a realtor and in more recent years, I've assisted the growth of some of the best teams in the industry.

Before joining JL Realty, and to scratch my entrepreneurial itch, I ran a successful company. Supporting realtors with all their admin needs.

Having been both an agent and admin support, I have lots of knowledge. In all areas of the real estate process. I pride myself on providing our clients with the best client service experience.

I grew up in the Flamborough area, where I still live today, with my teenage son.

I’m a strong supporter of the Cancer Society. I’ve taken part in Relay for Life walks and donated 60 inches of my hair to "Locks of Love". I love helping others.

ANDREA LONCARIC

Marketing & Social Media Lead

I moved to Canada from the UK in 2004 and spent most of my UK working life in law firms as a paralegal and then qualifying and practicing as a lawyer.

I moved into the Executive Assistant role once I moved to Canada and worked for one of the top Bay Street Commercial Partners in Toronto. After having my children and after working as an EA in a food ingredient company in Mississauga, I decided to concentrate on being a Mum first, and studying the art of social media for real estate agents, as a way of supporting my husband in his role.

I am excited to be the social media lead for this dynamic and super passionate group of people that make up JL Realty Group. This is where the future of everything real estate begins.
