McDonald's was forced to write this on all of their coffee cups.  After a woman spilled hot coffee on herself and sued them. 

 

Similarly, the paperwork we ask you to sign during a real estate transaction, is designed to create transparency.

December 1st 2023, NEW documents were rolled out.  

But this has created confusion.  

Here's a breakdown of one of these...

Unless you've handed over a bunch of documents to a lender, you're not pre-approved for anything. You might be pre-qualified (100% of people are because again... marketing) but you're not pre-approved.
