𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁 ….

.... my clients exclaimed!!!!  As we stood outside house #9, seven months after our first meeting.

It was a pivotal moment for them.

They had a decision to make. Whether to take advantage of the buyer's market and buy their next home before their baby arrived.

Or hold off until after their son was born.

Buying and selling real estate is significant. But so are life's precious moments.

I advised my clients to focus on their growing family. While I kept an eye on the market.

By this point, I felt like I understood their wants and needs well.

So my clients got ready for their new arrival. I scouted properties and kept them updated on the real estate market.

Before we knew it, their baby boy joined our real estate journey.

Our biggest challenge now was strategizing how to structure an offer. To beat out the continuous multiple offers without overpaying.

The market had shifted, and the new mama bear was eager to move now.

We had extensive discussions with mom, dad. Plus of course Nonno. It was agreed that selling their home first would be the way to go. We could then determine their buying power.

I felt blessed to have my clients believe in my process.

They were entrusting me to accept an offer on their townhome.

Without knowing where they would move to. We had 60 days to find them and their new born baby a home!

Four days later, we found the perfect move-up home. It was only a year old. And was jam packed with upgrades.

Nonno-approved.

And it was just five minutes away.

We acted quickly. Stayed within budget, and snagged a beautiful home. Just before the seller's market hit the location they wanted to buy in.

The greatest thing about this process is seeing the excitement of a family. As they embark on the next chapter of their lives.

Helping them make a little extra unexpected profit along the way was the cherry on top for sure.
